This is my first follow-up work after Dynamic 3D Gaussians.

Nikhil (@Nik__V__) and I have been working closely to build a system that can tackle SLAM using Gaussian Splatting โ€“ estimating camera poses without COLMAP and working in real-time on live streaming data.
